Technology
All students in Central Okanagan Public Schools are provided an Office 365 email account.  We also have many other technology tools to help you in your learning.  For convenient access we have gathered all our most common web tools in one place: the SD23 Dashboard.

To log on to the SD23 Dashboard, visit any district website and click on "SD23 Dashboard" in the top corner of the screen.  To logon use your student account username and password.

Feel free to explore all the tiles on the dashboard, including the "Learning Resources" tile with many web subscriptions used across our district.

Speaking of useful web tools, many students and teachers in our district use Google Apps for Education.  These are tech tools that help you create, share, and collaborate.  To access your very own district Google account you first need to complete the consent process (note: students in Kindergarten to Grade 7 need parental consent / students in Grades 8 to 12 can consent for themselves).

Once on the SD23 Dashboard, simply click on the "GAFE Consent Form" tile to complete the Google Apps for Education consent process.  Enter your usual first and last name and your date of birth.  If entered correctly, you can read the form and electronically sign it at the bottom.

Note: Your account may take up to 24 hours to become active.   Once active your username will be: firstname.lastname.stu@learn.sd23.bc.ca (be sure to ask your teacher for your initial password).
